Founder & Director

MIEKE GADD

At the heart of GADD is Mieke, the founder and driving force behind it all.

Mieke leads the business with a clear vision, strong instinct and a real energy that runs through everything we do. She has a natural ability to see the bigger picture, while still caring about the detail that makes the difference.

She’s passionate about helping businesses grow, especially those within the rural and independent space, and has built GADD into what it is today through hard work, ambition and a genuine love for marketing.

Content & Digital Manager

GEORGIE MARVELLY

Georgie leads all things content and digital at GADD, from strategy through to execution.

With a lifelong connection to the rural and equine world, she brings a real understanding of both our clients and their audiences. Whether it’s websites, social media or creative content, Georgie makes sure everything not only looks right, but works properly too.

Creative, driven and fully invested in every project, she plays a huge role in shaping the way our clients show up online.

Copywriter & Accounts Co-ordinator

FLO EMERY

Flo supports our clients across copywriting, content and day-to-day account management.

She has a natural way with words and a great eye for detail, helping to make sure every piece of content feels considered, consistent and on-brand.

Calm, organised and always on it, Flo keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is a key part of making sure nothing gets missed.

Paid Advertising Specialist

ANNA COLEMAN

Anna leads on paid advertising, bringing a huge amount of experience and a really strong strategic mindset to the team.

From lead generation to e-commerce, she knows exactly how to get campaigns in front of the right people and make them perform.

Having managed everything from smaller budgets through to large-scale campaigns, Anna focuses on what actually works and delivers results that matter.

She brings a data-led approach to GADD, balancing creativity with performance.

Head of Security & Snack Supervisor

DEXTER GADD

Dexter takes his role very seriously, whether that’s keeping a close eye on the office, supervising all snack-related activity, or ensuring no one leaves without a proper welcome (or goodbye).

He’s always nearby during busy days, bringing a calm presence… until there’s food involved. Then it’s full focus.

A key member of the team, Dexter keeps spirits high and productivity balanced.

Chief Happiness Officer

DORRIS GADD

Doris is responsible for team morale, daily distractions and making sure no one takes life too seriously.

From office cuddles to unexpected bursts of energy, she brings a light-hearted feel to even the busiest days.

She may not attend every meeting, but she’s always across everything that matters… especially if treats are involved.
